As a Senior Advisor Electrical Engineering Building Installations you oversee all electrical engineering advice and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You conceptualize integrated design solutions, from the early design phase to detailed plans. You have the skills to guide and oversee technical designers, ensuring the quality of their output. Additionally, you advise clients on installation-related issues such as energy supply, lighting, fire safety, data and telecommunications, and security. Leveraging your talents and expertise, you tackle this diverse array of challenges to the fullest. You advise on equally varied buildings, including train, metro, and bus stations, government buildings, technical facilities, and even the terminals of Schiphol. And you won't just provide advice: you also design electrical installations and create technical specifications and cost estimates for installation components.
Great! And what should I bring?
You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, General Operational Technology, HIT-E, or a related field. In addition you have a minimum of seven years of work experience in E-advising for building-related installations, preferably with a contractor or engineering firm. You are experienced in integrated construction projects and 3D BIM design. The words 'customer-focused', 'responsible', and 'creative' are no strangers to you. You have a knack for spotting opportunities and paying attention to small details. And because you collaborate closely in a multidisciplinary team with architects, structural engineers, installation advisors, and BIM modelers you are a real team player.
