As an Industrial Electrician Foreman, you'll get the chance to apply and further develop your technical knowledge in a modern production environment. You'll be responsible for installing, connecting, and maintaining electrical installations, working with the latest technology to ensure everything functions safely and efficiently.
On a typical day, you'll install control cabinets, motors, and control systems. You'll also troubleshoot faults, resolve issues, and fine-tune installations. You'll guide fellow electricians, coordinate with other departments, and communicate regularly with supervisors and suppliers. What we require- MBO-4 (secondary vocational education) level in electrical engineering or industrial technology
- Demonstrable experience with industrial electrical installations (high and low voltage)
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
- Independent, precise, and responsible
- Strong communication skills and able to coordinate with others
- Flexible and stress-resistant, even when dealing with faults
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good command of English
- Salary between €4,000 and €4,600 gross per month
- Prospect of a permanent contract upon good performance
