This is what you will do:

• Act as overall business partner for Marketing on all IT-related topics
• Partner with Marketing leadership (Brand, Digital, CRM, Campaigns, CX, Analytics) to understand marketing strategy, growth objectives, and customer engagement priorities
• Identify operational pain points and digital enablement opportunities
• Translate Marketing needs into a clear IT demand, capability, and investment roadmap
• Ensure alignment between Marketing strategy, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture and data standards
• Own and maintain the Marketing IT roadmap, aligned with enterprise priorities, budget constraints, and portfolio governance
• Provide input into IT investment planning, budget prioritization, and value tracking for Marketing initiatives
• Own end-to-end requirement management for Marketing IT initiatives: shape, validate, and prioritize business requirements; ensure clarity on business outcomes, scope, dependencies, and success metrics
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Product teams to translate Marketing requirements into scalable, compliant solutions; balance speed-to-market with architectural and security standards
• Ensure data, integration, and analytics requirements are clearly defined (e.g., customer data, consent, attribution, reporting)
• Act as business owner and accountable sponsor for Marketing-related IT projects and programs
• Ensure initiatives are properly scoped with defined objectives, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs; prioritized and sequenced in line with the Marketing IT roadmap
• Partner with Project & Program Managers to define delivery approach, milestones, and critical path; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; support tollgate reviews, steering committees, and portfolio reporting
• Ensure go-live readiness, post-implementation review, and tracking of realized business value
• Lead change management for Marketing-related IT initiatives: stakeholder alignment across Marketing, IT, and Corporate functions; business readiness across process, data, tools, and capabilities; adoption planning, training coordination, and communication
• Track benefit realization, adoption KPIs, and continuous improvement opportunities

• To be successful in the role you will demonstrate: Proven experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or Marketing Technology (MarTech) roles
• Industry experience in automotive, e-commerce (customer and conversion driven environments), or financial services is preferred
• Solid understanding of digital and omnichannel marketing processes (campaign management, lead management, customer journeys)
• CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms
• Customer data, consent management, and analytics
• Digital, Data & AI capabilities (Preferred / Advantage)
• Campaign optimization and A/B testing
• Marketing performance and attribution analytics
• Define business requirements for AI/ML use cases

• Ensure responsible use of customer data in line with privacy and compliance regulations
• Familiarity with AI-powered MarTech platforms or tools (e.g., personalization engines, customer insights, automation tools)
• Ability to assess business value, feasibility, and risks of AI-driven initiatives in Marketing
