Functieomschrijving:
As a Production Operator, you manage the production line, from mixing to filling household products. Your modern, clean workplace is focused on safety and teamwork. You feel proud because you make products millions use daily. Your role offers independence and high responsibility for your machine line. Your Daily Tasks:

• Machine operation: Set up, operate, and adjust the mixing, filling, or packaging machines for each batch.
• Quality control: Perform checks on the products to ensure they meet high quality and safety standards. Report any deviations immediately.
• Maintenance & repair: Carry out preventive maintenance and fix small malfunctions yourself to minimize downtime.
• Data & reporting: Keep accurate production records and communicate clearly with the Team Leader about the process status.
• Team collaboration: Work together with colleagues to continuously improve processes and ensure a smooth flow.
