Functieomschrijving:
As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production lines running smoothly. You will operate, fine-tune, and monitor machines, ensuring high-quality output while quickly addressing minor technical issues.Key responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machine faults and report major issues.
• Follow HACCP and safety procedures.
• Participate in process improvement and efficiency projects.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.

This role operates in a 3-shift rotation to ensure continuous production and timely delivery across Europe.

Functievereisten:
We are looking for a reliable, motivated Machine Operator with technical insight and a passion for quality.You should have:

• Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production role.
• Strong technical skills and a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to work in 3-shift rotation.
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
• A focus on safety and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
