Your Responsibilities:
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and periodic inspections on production machinery and installations.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions.
- Working with automation and control systems such as Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.
- Identifying improvement opportunities to prevent future technical issues.
- Assisting in the development and optimization of maintenance and inspection plans.
- Supporting colleagues and external contractors during technical projects and maintenance work.
- Preparing clear maintenance and breakdown reports to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Employment Conditions:
- Monthly salary between €4.350,- and €5.550,- gross, depending on experience.
- Direct contract with the employer.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- 8% holiday allowance and an attractive profit-sharing scheme.
- 27 vacation days plus 7 additional ADV days.

Requirements:
- Completed MBO Level 3 education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of Siemens S7 and/or TIA Portal is considered a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work full-time in a two-shift schedule.
- Living in or near the Hilversum, Amersfoort, or Utrecht region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and continuously improve technical processes.
