The roll:
- You spend a large part of your time convincing customers and achieving maximum (sales) results;
- Building a circle of relationships with your customer portfolio;
- Fulfilling the role as primary contact person where guiding and advising customers with regard to business operations is essential;
- Analyzing commercial data to improve returns per store;
- Conducting daily consultations and working in a team with the merchandiser in your area;
- Keep your eyes and ears open in the field to seize opportunities;
Profile:
- HBO thinking level;
- Dutch is a requirement, English is an advantage;
- Living in the district / working area;
- Driving License B;
- Good demonstrable negotiation skills;
- Planned and structured work within clear frameworks and processes to be followed;
- Good at building & maintaining commercial relationships;
- Proactive & results-oriented, always looking for new challenges;
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel;
- Team player with a winning mentality and a great sense of personal responsibility;
- Passion for sales & beer;
