As HR Administrator, you work closely with the P&C Manager and the Finance Manager and take ownership of HR administration at Blockrise. You keep people operations running smoothly and the administration clean, current, and well‑organized. You know where everything is, you stay on top of what needs doing, and you take real satisfaction in a well‑run system. Admin is not a side task for you. It is where you thrive.

• Manage the full HR administration cycle: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, leave registration, and employee records, keeping everything accurate and easy to find
• Work with our external payroll provider to prepare and process monthly payroll, and catch discrepancies before they become issues
• Handle day‑to‑day financial administration: processing invoices, expenses, and accounts payable and receivable, in close coordination with the Finance Manager
• Support monthly financial reporting and help prepare documentation for audits
• Spot processes that could be cleaner or more consistent, and take the lead on improving them

• You have relevant experience or a background in HR, finance, or business administration
• Administrative work is something you genuinely enjoy. You like bringing order to a system and keeping it that way
• You are organized, accurate, and discreet when handling sensitive information
• A solid understanding of Dutch employment law and financial administration is a plus
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Affinity with Bitcoin or digital assets is a plus
• You are comfortable in a small, direct team and you do not wait to be asked

• Competitive monthly salary EUR 2.700 - 3.300 based on full‑time employment depending on your experience.
