The goal of the ASML FlexPool is to give talented individuals the opportunity to become familiar with the dynamic world of ASML.

As a Flexpool employee, you are a flexible team member who works across different departments. You contribute to the tasks scheduled for the day and provide support wherever needed. This gives you the unique opportunity to gain experience in various parts of the organization while building valuable work experience.

No days are the same in the Flexpool. One day, you may be carefully packaging components to protect them from contamination. The next day, you could be working in the cleanroom, cleaning machine parts in accordance with strict quality and hygiene standards. You may also assist with preparing and modifying transport packaging for machine components.

As a member of the Flexpool, you will work full-time in a two-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Afternoon/Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

In addition, you will work an average of one weekend per month on a day shift.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience across various ASML processes, further develop your skills, and build a broad network within the organization.

• Competitive pay: A base hourly wage of €16.22, plus a shift allowance (125.1%), resulting in an hourly rate of €20.29.

• Weekly pay: Your salary is paid every week, making it ideal for managing your finances during the holiday season or throughout the year.
• Travel allowance: If you live more than 10 km from ASML in Veldhoven, you will receive €0.21 per kilometer for your commute.
