In this role, you will support the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth, creating engaging campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Account Manager.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. This makes our hotel a vibrant and fast-paced environment where hospitality professionals can truly make an impact.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase hotel market share.
- Identify, contact, and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, conferences, and meetings hosted at the hotel.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business meetings to represent the hotel.
- Analyze sales reports and translate findings into concrete actions and recommendations.
- Support the creation, optimization, and follow-up of commercial campaigns and actions.
- Create and publish engaging content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Draft press releases and support promotional campaigns to drive bookings and F&B revenue.
- Manage social media content calendars and update website content.
- Support OTA management, loyalty app promotions, and marketing collateral for events.
- Assist with presentations, sales materials, and organizing commercial events or networking activities.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales & marketing or a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or HBO-level in Hotel Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficient in Office programs, CRM, PMS systems, and quick to learn new software;
- Excellent English (spoken and written); Dutch is preferred, but not required;
- Interest in hospitality, commercial growth, and working with international brands
- Experience with social media and content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and proactive mindset
- Structured, accurate, and able to manage multiple projects
- Able to work 4–5 days per week,
