We are now looking for a Content Optimisation Specialist to play a key role in this transformation. In this role, you will own AI-driven content automation and prompting frameworks, govern quality standards for English master copy, and enable brands and main stakeholders to produce localisation-ready content at scale.

What’s this role all about?As Content Optimisation Specialist, you'll lead the way in AI-driven content enablement. From developing prompt frameworks to reviewing content quality, you’ll ensure that the English master copy is localisation-ready and production processes are smart, efficient, and scalable.
You won’t just edit or review. You’ll be an enabler, a systems thinker, and a process owner helping teams across the business work better with content.
What you’ll be working on- Own and evolve our AI content automation and prompting frameworks
- Review and quality-check English master copy to ensure localisation readiness
- Establish and improve content production processes to support multiple brands
- Provide frameworks and support for teams producing localisation-ready content
- Monitor content and prompt performance, using data to drive improvements
- Phase out outdated workflows and roll out smarter, scalable systems

- Experience with AI-driven content generation, prompting frameworks, or content automation

- Data-driven mindset, using metrics to improve content quality and efficiency
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
