As a production employee in a 3-shift system, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our innovative production processes. Working with modern machinery, you will produce high-quality EPS products such as packaging and insulation materials. What You Will Do:
- produce and inspect EPS products to meet established quality standards
- operate, adjust, and fine-tune machines and production lines
- reconfigure machines for different production orders
- monitor and manage process parameters, making adjustments when necessary
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment around the machines
