For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a Front Office Intern who is enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive, and who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. You will be the memory-maker by creating elevated stay of our guests.

As a Front Office colleague, you are one of the first impression makers of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere, so all guests are welcomed with a smile.

- You are an approachable person, easy to talk with, willing to make the first step to the guest;
- You are currently studying a course in hotel-, hospitality-, travel & tourism and this internship is a mandatory part of your course;
