As a Mixing Operator you will work for a company in the food industry. You will be working 40 hours a week in a 3-shift system. You can count on a salary of €3150,- gross per month including 21,5% shift allowance.
Wij bieden- A starting gross monthly salary of €3150,- including a 21,5% shift allowance;
- Salary increase within the first six months to €3200,-gross including allowance;
- After completing the full training, you will earn €3300,- gross including allowance within the first year;
- Full-time workweek of 40 hours in a 3-shift system;
- Prospect of a permanent contract with the client;
- 8% holiday allowance and 25 days of annual leave;
- Regular fun team activities, such as organized football tournaments, bowling, and shared lunches.
As a Mixing Operator you are responsible for your own department, where various raw materials are blended into a high-quality end product. During the first six weeks, you will be trained by an experienced colleague, after which you will work independently. Your work takes place across three floors: on the top floor, you add raw materials to the mixer, after which the mixing process starts and you package the finished product. At every stage of this process, you play a crucial role in ensuring product quality. Because you work independently, it is important that you follow all work instructions and procedures accurately. Cleaning and maintaining the machines is also part of your responsibilities.

In their production facility, they work with advanced systems and adhere to the highest quality standards. Their products meet strict requirements such as being gluten-free, allergen-free, Kosher, and Halal certified.
