Successful candidates will join Ignition, a high‑growth cybersecurity organisation and the performance engine behind next‑generation security technologies.
Responsibilities- Use a data‑driven sales approach to identify opportunities, improve conversion rates, increase deal size and shorten sales cycles.
- Achieve revenue and profit goals and ensure sustainable growth of Ignition within partner organisations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Ignition within the assigned partner and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with Ignition account managers and the partner to identify and accelerate key sales opportunities.
- Support partners in closing deals by providing commercial and strategic advice.
- Execute business plans that align with Ignition’s growth ambitions and strategy.
- Promote solutions and help partners integrate them into their existing cybersecurity portfolio.
- Work with Ignition marketing teams to develop lead‑generation campaigns and partner‑focused initiatives.
- Provide support for events such as webinars and roadshows.
- Generate and report regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights to Ignition management.
- Track performance against KPIs and align with sales strategy and growth objectives.
- Train and support partners so their sales teams can effectively position ISV solutions and understand Ignition’s differentiators.
- Experience in sales within the IT and cybersecurity sector.
- Excellent presentation, communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, delivering results in a dynamic environment.

- Confident, commercially minded and strong in negotiations.
