What will you be doing?Our platform supports thousands of users every day, handles sensitive data and must scale reliably. As we grow internationally, the infrastructure and cloud platform are critical to our success. We are looking for a Technical Engineering Lead who will help us scale our platform.
The scope of the role:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams across infrastructure, application and integration domains.
- Define and drive the IT engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery from architecture to deployment and operations.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability and security across all platforms.
- Promote DevOps and automation practices to improve speed, quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, cybersecurity and business teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing.

- Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions in tech organizations
- Significant experience (>5-7 years) in cloud platform roles, including hands‑on work with Azure or similar.
- Excellent communication skills: translating infrastructure trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in automation, containerization and CI/CD pipelines
- A mindset of operational excellence: reliability, observability, performance and security.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, scalable and evolving environment
