What will you do as an All-Round F&B Employee at Inntel Hotels?
As an all-round F&B employee, you work across different areas of the Food & Beverage department. You help deliver an exceptional guest experience during breakfast service, à la carte lunch and dinner, as well as at meetings and events in the banqueting spaces. You make guests feel welcome from the moment they enter, provide thoughtful service, and contribute to smooth daily operations in each shift. In this role, no day is the same-and that's exactly what makes it exciting.
This is what you like to do:
· Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet;
· Giving a warm welcome to guests and seating them with a smile;
· Taking orders and passing them on to the kitchen accurately;
· Serving drinks and dishes during both à la carte and event service;
· Preparing and breaking down banqueting spaces according to guest needs;
· Providing menu advice and encouraging upselling in a natural and confident way;
· Keeping the breakfast area, restaurant, and event space clean and organised.

Where will you work
Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark has a bold and industrial character, inspired by the rich history of the area. It's the place to stay, enjoy Bar & Brasserie Werkspoor, host successful events, and relax completely in Spa Steam. The wellness centre includes a swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and massage room. All luxury rooms are equipped with a circular in-room hot tub and/or private sauna.
Location: VOC-kade 600, AMSTERDAM
Experience & Skills:
Strong hospitality mindset and customer service orientation.
Comfortable with both à la carte service and buffet-style settings.
Knowledge of basic food hygiene and HACCP standards.
Barista and/or cocktail-making skills are a plus. But not necessary.
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Experience using POS systems is a plus.
Personal Qualities:
Energetic, hands-on, and proactive.
Flexible with working hours (early shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays).
Team player with a positive attitude.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Good communication skills in English; Dutch or other languages is a bonus.
Other Requirements:
Must be legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
Able to commute to work
Physically fit (this is an active, standing role).
Open to working across different F&B outlets (breakfast, bar, meetings/events, room service).
