- Identify and engage new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential customers across international markets.
- Proactively build relationships with prospects through outbound activities such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine business potential and ensure a strong sales pipeline.
- Book and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the sales team, acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
- Take ownership of promising leads and, depending on your experience and ambition, progress opportunities further through the sales cycle, gaining exposure beyond a traditional SDR role.
- Maintain and manage the CRM pipeline, ensuring all customer interactions, opportunities, and next steps are accurately recorded.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed activity and performance targets, contributing directly to the company's continued growth.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and the company's innovative product portfolio.
- As the company's first-ever Sales Development Representative, play a key role in shaping processes, sharing ideas, and helping define how the SDR function will evolve in the future.
- Be the first SDR in the company and help build the function from the ground up.

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree
