As an operator in the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, you will play a key role in transforming raw materials into high-quality fragrance components used worldwide in food, cosmetics, and cleaning products. Working in a 3-shift system, you'll be part of a dynamic team where precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards are essential. What You Will Do:
- Collecting: raw materials based on recipes using a mobile weighing station with a computer and scale.
- Weighing: and processing ingredients accurately, sometimes handling up to 30 components per batch.
- Mixing: and preparing fragrance materials for further processing in production.
- Operating: and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Maintaining: a safe, clean, and organized workplace while following all safety and quality regulations.
