As the Senior Manager, Event Marketing you will assist in the development and execution of comprehensive event marketing plans. We’re looking for someone with event marketing and project management experience who can coordinate many moving parts with various stakeholders who need to be kept in the loop. You will work directly with 1‑3 stakeholders and report to the Monk’s Senior Account Director.
Contract Length: June-September 2026
Responsibilities- You will manage the sponsorship and conference participation for a massive flagship event for marketing, sales, and revenue professionals.
- Project manage, execute, and provide on-site support for the event.
- Manage logistics, budgets, planning timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate and project manage with multiple cross‑functional personas such as vendors, partners, internal and external marketing/sales/event teams.
- Develop and lead creative briefs for experiential outputs to ensure a unique yet cohesive experience and brand presence across all events.
- Collaborate on promotional strategies to maximize event KPIs and drive attendance, registration, and engagement.
- You keep a close eye on budgets, ensuring they stay on track and consistently report with status updates. Experience managing budgets of 1M+ preferred.
- You are an on-the-ground champion, ensuring seamless event flow and tackling unexpected hiccups with a can‑do attitude.
- Must be onsite in Boston, MA on Sept 16-18, 2026.
- 4-6 years of event management experience, showcasing your passion and ability to bring ideas to life.
- A love for events and a knack for creating memorable experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn internal Google processes, including Workspace, dashboards, Salesforce, and other relevant tools. Prior experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage event/program calendars, timelines, and budgets of 1M+.
- Experience analyzing event performance metrics and providing recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into event marketing strategies.

What We Offer- Hourly Rate $50-55 USD
