What are you going to do
As an Operator with your new employer, you are the key to a smooth-running production process.
You keep the machines running, fix minor issues, and actively contribute ideas to make production even better. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you play a direct role in delivering high-quality products.
Your main tasks:
- Carrying out quality checks
- Performing physical work, including lifting up to 20 kg
- Ensuring a clean and safe workplace
- Reviewing processes and coming up with ideas to improve them
- Solving minor machine malfunctions and keeping production up and running

- A salary between €2,800 and €3,300 gross per month
- Shift allowance of €30 gross per day
