Over het werk
This company packages personalized medicine pouches for healthcare institutions. In addition, they also have a standard warehouse with medicines and a few machines that produce the personalized medicine batches. These pouches are filled with medication per patient and per time slot. This process is carried out by three machines, and you will be responsible for ensuring that the machines run smoothly and continuously.
You will supply the machines with certain products, such as medicines and plastic rolls. The machines then produce pouches filled with medication according to prescription and time slot. Afterward, the pouches pass through a sensor to check the medication. If errors occur in the system, it is your task to identify and solve the issue. For example, a pill might be hidden behind another, causing the sensor to misread it, or a pill may be broken. You will correct the error and ensure that the batch matches the prescription requirements. Finally, you make sure the batches are packed and prepared for shipment.
Throughout the process, strict quality requirements apply since you are working with pharmaceutical products. Therefore, it is essential that you work with great accuracy.
