Earn between €2.600,- en €3.200,- excluding shift allowance!
As Team Leader of the Washing Unit, you are operationally responsible for guiding and motivating employees within the production environment. You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to step in and work alongside your team when needed. With your strong overview and insight, you ensure that production processes run efficiently and according to plan. You are the first point of contact for your team and support the Supervisor in achieving the set goals.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independently managing a shift and distributing daily tasks
- Instructing team members on work procedures and ensuring proper execution
- Monitoring progress, recording activities, and handling basic administration
- Identifying, solving, and preventing disruptions or bottlenecks in the production process
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standard work procedures
- Supporting the Supervisor and acting as their replacement during absence
- Creating efficient schedules and assigning staff across departments effectively
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague who recognizes themselves in the following:
- You have MBO-level education or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a production or logistics setting.
- You are proficient in Dutch and have a basic understanding of English.
- You are available for a 5-shift rotation (33.6 hours per week), starting in a 3-shift system.
- You have strong communication skills
