Service and Maintenance Technician – HVAC Systems
Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys working with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems? Do you like solving mechanical and electrical issues on-site and making sure everything runs smoothly for your clients?
We’re looking for a Service and Maintenance Technician with a technical background and a practical mindset. You’ll work on both permanent and temporary HVAC installations for industrial customers—ranging from factories and food production sites to mobile cold storage setups.
Your role
You’ll visit different client locations across the Netherlands to maintain and repair industrial climate systems. A fully equipped company van will be provided for travel. Depending on your experience, you’ll either work independently or alongside a senior technician. Tasks include:
Installing and servicing HVAC, cooling, and heating systems
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting faults
Wiring and testing motors, control panels, and electrical components
Supporting temporary setups like mobile chillers or cold storage units
Ensuring reliable and safe operation of all equipment
What we offer
Salary up to €4,300 gross per month (based on experience)
25 vacation days + 13 ADV days

Your profile
MBO diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC, or similar
Basic knowledge of industrial climate or mechanical systems
Able to read technical drawings and solve issues on-site
Practical, solution-driven mindset
Valid driving licence (B)
Junior candidates are also welcome. With the right attitude and background, you’ll receive strong guidance and room to grow in the role.
