Talent Projects Officer – International Graduate Programme (V.I.E) at Euronext, Amsterdam. Position starts September 2026 for an initial 12‑month duration, extendable. Reports to the Head of Talent.
Responsibilities- Talent Development – design and deliver group‑wide training programmes on management, leadership, financial markets, and soft skills in various formats; handle logistics, monitor usage, and optimize content.
- Support core talent management processes, liaise with stakeholders, identify process improvement opportunities, and manage the Learning Management System (content upkeep, mandatory training assignments, and reporting).
- Assist the Amsterdam office’s Talent Development roadmap in partnership with the local HR team.
- Talent Acquisition for the International Graduate Programme (V.I.E) – drive recruitment, clarify hiring needs, screen CVs, conduct interviews, manage the hiring process, oversee onboarding, and support V.I.E. Development through regular check‑ins.
- Handle V.I.E. Off‑boarding, conduct exit interviews, and work with other HR departments to promote continuous opportunities within the Group.
- Project Management – contribute to new initiatives related to talent development, learning, employee engagement, and HR transformation; collaborate with local HR teams across Europe to support the “Innovate for Growth 2027” strategy.
- Eligibility for the V.I.E. Programme under Business France criteria.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in consulting, HR, project management, or a related field, with exposure to training, employee development, talent acquisition, or HRIS management.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- People‑oriented, collaborative, and proactive with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment, with keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Project management experience and strong organisational skills.
- Experience with HRIS or LMS is desirable.
