The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for you as a Demi Chef de Partie!
What are my responsibilities?
As a Demi Chef de Partie you are part of the Kitchen team. The team is responsible for the preparation of food for the Koepelcafe, Club Lounge, Room Service, Koepelkerk, Meeting spaces and the Ambassador cafeteria. You prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. You prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist and you check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
You are responsible for providing our guests with an inspirational stay with unique discoveries they will always remember and want to share with their world!

• Have previous hotel, restaurant and kitchen experience, as a Leerling Kok, Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie.

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed. The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
