We achieve this in collaboration with international partners who supply our city hubs, after which we handle the last‑mile delivery with our electric fleet. This role may require availability on evenings (Mon‑Thur) and every Saturday.
What you'll doOur hubs keep the engine up and running: from supporting our riders to handling the bikes, and ensuring no package is lost in the shuffle. You will:
Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters.
Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.
Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering their questions.
Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.
Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub!
Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.
Availability on evenings (17.00-22.00pm, 4 weekdays + every Saturday).
MBO or High School Diploma.
B2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)
An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules.
To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot.
Discipline, good organizational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time.
Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)
Any relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice.
