What are my responsibilities?
From intimate meetings to large-scale conferences and elegant gala dinners, banqueting is where precision meets performance. No two events are the same, but every plate carries the same attention to detail.
As a Chef de Partie – Banqueting, you are part of a fast-paced kitchen that brings events to life behind the scenes. You will:
Lead your section during banqueting operations, from preparation to execution.
Prepare and present dishes for a wide variety of events, ensuring consistency at every scale.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver smooth, well-timed events.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety at all times.
Adapt to different event styles, menus and volumes with a structured and organised approach.
Contribute to creating memorable experiences, where every detail supports the bigger moment.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a love for food and who brings personal style to every experience. You are always looking to explore the places one would not find in a travel guide. To be eligible for this position you…
Can communicate in English.
Have previous hotel, restaurant and/or kitchen experience, as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
Are flexible and comfortable working different days and shifts, depending on the event schedule.
Understand HACCP and maintain high hygiene standards at all times.
Have experience with large-scale service or banqueting (a strong advantage).
Are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
