As aSenior Business Planner, you'll be at the center of this transformation. You'll drive long-term planning across order volumes, courier scheduling, and equipment demand. Working alongside the Business Planner and reporting to the Senior Team Lead of Forecasting & Planning, you'llownthe monthly tactical planning process and support annual budgeting and quarterly budget revisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTactical Planning
- Leadthe tactical planning process at the local level
- Analyze planning and operational KPIs to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the F&P Team Lead and local stakeholders to refine order volume forecasts, hiring needs, and country strategies
- Partner with Country Recruitment teams to ensure workforce quality
Strategic Planning
- Conduct in-depth analysis of order volume trends and KPIs to drive cross-functional decisions
- Facilitate scenario planning to refine strategic objectives
- Influence cross-functional teams on critical business matters
Target & Performance Management
- Partner with the F&P Team Lead to execute planning KPI targets
- Monitor planning performance and provide actionable insights
Continuous Improvement
- Serve as thelocal Point of Contact (SPOC)for all tactical planning matters, processes, and tools
- Drive change initiatives and partner with the global organization
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning quality, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement global process and tool improvements locally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
- 5+ yearsof experience in demand planning, analytics, or consultancy
- Experience in resource requirement planning and strategic planning
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel and Tableau)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
