As a Production Worker, you'll be directly involved in the manufacturing of concrete elements. Your daily tasks include oiling molds, pouring concrete, and checking finished products for quality. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team to keep production running smoothly. Precision, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility are key in this role. Experience in concrete or construction is a plus-but not required. You'll receive full on-the-job training to help you succeed.

• Physically fit and not afraid to get your hands dirty;
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team;

• Accurate, reliable, and responsible in your work;
• Experience in production or construction is a plus, but not required.

• Hourly wage starting at €14.50, in accordance with the Dutch collective labour agreement (CAO Betonwaren);
• Working in a team-oriented environment;
• Day shifts with fixed working hours;
