The 4-star Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam proudly opened its doors in Badhoevedorp in the spring of 2018. The hotel consists of three separate wings Plaza, Apartments, and Urban offering more than 680 rooms, suites, studios, and apartments in total. Guests can enjoy multiple restaurants and bars, a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, cinema, and eleven multifunctional meeting rooms.
Since December 2023, we are officially part of the Marriott franchise, which has raised our standards even higher. Our guests can now enjoy the trusted quality and international hospitality of Marriott, combined with the warm, personal touch that defines Corendon Hotels & Resorts.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your main goal is to ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing and managing the daily operations within the housekeeping department. You lead by example motivating and encouraging your team while maintaining open, honest, and respectful communication. You foster a positive team spirit and create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
You ensure the correct and safe use of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies to guarantee efficient and cost-effective operations, contributing directly to the hotel’s overall performance.
Your primary responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, managing daily housekeeping tasks, and ensuring all areas meet Marriott’s high cleanliness and quality standards. You will also oversee the supply and inventory of materials, handle administrative tasks such as usage reports, maintenance requests, and time tracking, and drive continuous improvement within your department.
A key part of your role is to train, guide, and coach your team members ensuring that high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency are consistently achieved. You set the tone for excellence and make sure every guest enjoys a spotless and welcoming environment.
Flexibility is important in this role, as our Housekeeping Supervisors work in both morning and evening shifts.
