We are looking for Spanish speaking HR Administrators to join our team.
We have a large HR department serving more than 70,000 employees across Europe. Our international head office needs personnel administration for the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Italy, Slovakia, Spain and Portugal.
ResponsibilitiesThe HR administration department is the backbone of our employee management across Europe. Each country team is responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:
- Drafting contracts, verifying new hire information, and facilitating onboarding.
- Recording work hours in the system and ensuring salaries are correctly calculated and paid.
- Registering absenteeism and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Managing changes during an employee’s tenure, such as role transitions, address updates, and related documentation (employer statements, work permits).
We value helping colleagues and performing HR administration accurately. Our team is international, so proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of Dutch and another European language is a plus.
Qualifications- Completed MBO or HBO, preferably in HR or administration.
- 0‑2 years of administrative/HR experience.
- Excellent command of English, and Spanish written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and another European language (plus).
- A temporary contract with the intention of offering a permanent contract in the long term.
