CLEVER°FRANKE is an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of 40+ people with 15 different nationalities from across the world and we use English as a primary language to communicate and collaborate. We are interaction designers, visual designers, developers, project managers, data analysts and others. All with a passion for what we do. We are curious about the world around us and apply the same curiosity to our work and projects.

We have been steadily growing and we are looking for a PRODUCT OWNER / PROJECT MANAGER to help manage our increasing number of projects.

You run complex projects, including cross-platform digital solutions and interactive installations, so you are able to grasp concepts quickly and help the project team accelerate to make these a reality.

You are the connecting point between the client and the team. You guide and work closely together with a multidisciplinary team (design/development/data), to meet the objectives and deliverables requested by the client. You are self-aware, willing to continuously improve your skills, always ensuring you get everyone onboard and motivating people while taking project constraints into account. You have a hands‑on and proactive mentality and take care of the project administration and resource planning that comes with the projects.

You are solution‑focused, able to see the bigger picture while zooming into the details when needed. You’re highly independent yet know when to ask for help. You’re also comfortable with not knowing everything up‑front, asking the right questions to avoid assumptions. You are able to connect and build bridges between different disciplines and stakeholders where needed. You are client‑oriented and know how to maintain a good relationship by managing expectations and the interests of the client while safeguarding our culture and quality standards. You are able to successfully multitask, taking on responsibilities outside your projects. You are able to perform well under pressure, and help your team members do the same.

What you bring

As a Product Owner / Project Manager, you will bring 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager delivering complex digital projects in a digital agency or similar. You have excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal. You have hands‑on experience with project management methodologies like Agile & Scrum. You have a good understanding of design and development processes and the complexity of data‑driven projects. You are able to efficiently manage your time and work under pressure. You have strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.

We’d be especially excited if you also have experience in:

Experience with managing data and information design projects (if you don't have this experience, we'll give you a crash course to get you up to speed)

Experience with account management

Ability to speak Dutch with occasional (rare) Dutch clients
