ResponsibilitiesAs a Cloud Operations Engineer at Zoho Corporation, your role would involve designing, implementing, and maintaining Network/Server solutions, as well as providing operational 24/7 support to our Network Operations Center. Key responsibilities include monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting the day-to-day activities of servers and network equipment, as well as ad hoc project work. The technician will be working closely with the Data Center Manager on project scheduling.
Requirements- 0–3 years of NOC or network operations experience (including internships or academic projects).
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and IP networking fundamentals.
- Understanding of L2 switching, L3 routing, VLAN, NAT, ARP.
- Familiarity with Linux OS and cloud basics (virtualization, load balancers).
- Interest in working with firewalls, switches, routers, and network monitoring tools.
- Exposure to server hardware components (CPU, RAM, NICs, drives).
- Willingness to monitor systems and assist with RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
- Hands-on projects or labs in network/system administration.
