Tonga BV is one of the leading distributors of erotic toys, novelties and lingerie in Europe. With a product range of more than 6.700 items we supply to a large and varied group of customers, such as wholesale and e-commerce companies, retailers and home party services.

 

We are looking for an International Sales Manager for Eastern European Countries.

The job description

In the role of International Accountmanager you step into a highly independent commercial role which is a combination of existing accounts management and new business development.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Account management and visiting existing customers
  • Generate new business by attracting new customers
  • Follow market trends and identify suitable partners
  • Advise and help your customers by providing products and solutions for their target group
  • Connect with your customers through visits, email, phone and being the company representative at trade shows and similar events.

To be successful in this role you need:

  • A proactive and creative mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
  • The ability to work independently, manage and plan your own schedule
  • Fluent in the English language (spoken and written) and preferably additional languages
  • Minimum experience of +2 years in B2B sales
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Open minded
  • Team player mentality and approach.
