Responsibilities
Coaching chefs on the floor every day and help them grow in skill and confidence.
Guard quality and style by ensuring recipes, techniques, and presentation are followed consistently.
You bring structure to the kitchen by improving workflow, mise en place, and daily efficiency.
Hold bi-weekly evaluation and progress meetings with individual chefs and support their development.
Oversee hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance and make sure agreed standards are respected.
Requirements
Fully qualified and experienced chef with strong technical knowledge.
A natural mentor with clear communication skills.
You respect existing recipes, agreements, and the culinary identity of the kitchen.
You enjoy developing people and building a strong, stable team.
