As a Housekeeping Management Intern, you play a key role in supporting the housekeeping team and ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel. You assist with daily operations, room inspections, VIP room preparations, inventory management, and interdepartmental coordination while developing valuable leadership, organisational, and operational management skills within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities * Assist in supervising daily housekeeping operations and supporting team activities * Assist in preparing and inspecting VIP rooms to ensure all amenities, special requests, and presentation standards are met prior to guest arrival * Support the coordination of room cleaning schedules and housekeeping staff assignments * Monitor cleanliness, quality, and brand standards in guest rooms and public areas * Assist with inventory control of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning products * Coordinate with the Front Office to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction * Help manage guest requests and follow up on housekeeping-related concerns in a timely manner * Assist in maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property * Participate in quality audits and identify opportunities for operational improvement * Prepare housekeeping reports and administrative documentation as required * Ensure lost and found procedures are followed accurately and professionally * Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team engagement Essential Requirements * Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Facility Management, or related study programme * Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken * Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality guest experiences * Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards * Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment * Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements * Previous experience or strong interest in housekeeping operations, rooms division, or hospitality * Leadership potential and willingness to take initiative * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills * Ability to work in a detail-oriented environment with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction * Experience with quality inspections, operational audits, or inventory management is an advantage * Dutch or any additional language is an advantage Your Benefits and Perks * Tasty and healthy meal during your shift * Discounted hotel rates including Radisson Hotel Group worldwide and family and friends * 50% food and beverage discount at our restaurants and bars * Exclusive discounts via alleo.nl * Exclusive team discounts on premium ESPA skincare and Kevin Murphy haircare products * Great learning and development opportunities * Career growth opportunities across PPHE Hotel Group Europe * Annual company parties and outings * Time to work on school assignments or thesis We provide a monthly allowance of €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of travel and job-related expenses.
