Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and registering new and departing residents (check-in/check-out)
- Providing information about house rules and facilities
- Issuing keys and access cards
- Monitoring order, peace, and safety within the building
- Conducting regular inspection rounds on site
- Recording and reporting incidents, malfunctions, and irregularities
- Acting as the point of contact for residents, employment agencies, and suppliers
- Identifying issues and reporting them to the location manager
- Ensuring compliance with house rules

- English is required; Polish and/or Spanish is a plus
