Lepaya seeks an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Learner Squad team, focusing on our client’s journey and working on projects such as learner onboarding and restructuring our notification system.
You will positively impact our users' lives by leading the product delivery by planning, designing, and implementing high-quality software. In addition to new features, you will also be responsible for maintaining and refactoring legacy code when applicable, by writing flexible, efficient, and clean code that is well-tested.

- +5 years of experience developing robust production-level web applications, preferably B2B
- +3 years of experience with Flutter and backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Strong background in automated testing (preferably Jest)
- Fluent in English, with clear, effective communication tailored to the audience
- Team player, who excels at cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of a positive solution-oriented mindset, ownership, and leadership
- You will develop high-quality, scalable software aligned with our strategic goals, operating within a product squad targeting the learner persona
- You'll work across the stack with TypeScript, NestJS, React, PostgreSQL and Terraform. We rely on AWS to host our infrastructure
- By keeping updated with industry trends and technologies, you will elevate our learner experience and contribute to your team’s development
- You'll advocate for improving our processes, product quality, security, and performance
