Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols
- Investigate and analyze defects, root causes, and corrective actions
- Oversee inspection and testing throughout production phases
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methods
- Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques
- Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance data
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material and component quality
- Maintain documentation of quality control and management systems
- Work closely with engineering, production, and design teams to integrate quality into all stages of development and manufacturing
- Gross salary between €4,000 and €5,500 per month

Required qualifications- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- At least four years of experience in a quality engineering role (aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing preferred)
- Solid knowledge of quality standards (ISO, AS9100) and methods (FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, Six Sigma)
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Experience with inspection, testing, and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and train staff
- Proficiency in quality management software and data tools (Minitab, Excel, etc.); CAD experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
