Squla is a popular educational brand among (primary school) children, parents and teachers. StudyGo (formerly WRTS) is the go-to online platform for secondary school students to prepare for exams. From vocabulary practice and assignments to chatting with tutors and attending group lessons, we offer a comprehensive toolkit to help students succeed. With over 650,000 annual users, StudyGo has become one of the key digital platforms for secondary education.

As a Medior AI Engineer for FutureWhiz’s content creation team, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and supporting tools that enable both automated and human-in-the-loop generation of high-quality educational content. You will work closely with content creators to help them develop production-ready versions of their vibecoded apps and set up robust backend infrastructure to support their needs. You’ll work in a team of developers and content creators, collaborating more broadly with product managers, educational specialists, and other cross‑functional teams.

• Design, deploy, and maintain machine learning and generative AI models in production.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI systems, handle model versioning, automated testing and scale solutions using AWS.

• Refine and experiment with the prompt strategies and frameworks for LLMs and conversational AI use cases.

• Contribute to the in‑house agentic framework ensuring it's scalable and usable by multiple products and teams.

• Optimize AI models for latency, throughput, and cost.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers to defined business requirements into working AI features.

• Embed AI compliance, and security into every stage of development and deployment.

• Collaborative mindset, working closely with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.

• Proactive problem solver, able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.

• Strong communicator, comfortable mentoring and coaching others, including non‑developers.

• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and approaches.

• Passionate about building reliable, scalable systems that support educational impact.

• A gross monthly salary of €4500 to €5800 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience).
