As Yard Supervisor Special Devices (SD), you are the lynchpin when it comes to preparing our Special Devices projects. You are responsible for the safe and efficient preparation, supervision, execution and management of the project, you supervise the work and ensure optimal communication and coordination between the execution and the clients and/or departments involved.

This work will mainly take place in Schiedam but can also be carried out in Westdorpe if necessary.

• Carry out independent minor maintenance of SD and accessories and minor repairs after return of works in consultation with Equipment Management Department (EMD);
• Supervises the loading and unloading of materials based on the loading list or work instruction;
• Making sure material gets back to the warehouse and providing info to EMD so they can make sure the warehouse stays up to standard;
• Ensuring on-site storage of SD containers and accessories and the certifcication of it in cooperation with hall staff;
• Manage and supervise your assigned colleagues and liaise daily with various planning departments;
• Provide advice and feedback to project management on SD deployment;
• Keeping hall 11 and the SD Yard clean and ensuring management and inspection of tools are in line with required SHE-Q rules;
• Carry out administrative tasks and supply information for the benefit of administration department.

• MBO 4 work and thinking level, in a technical direction;
• Expert knowledge and experience with vertical and horizontal transport at Special Devices;
• 3 – 5 years of experience with leading a team;
• 5 years of work experience in a technical environment;
• Driver's license;
• VCA.

• A good basic salary between € 3.200,00 and € 4.300,00 gross per month, depending on your work experience and knowledge;
