What will your job look like?- Own the overall testing scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives; set program plan, set priorities, ensure optimization, and resolve conflicts to improve efficiency towards the business result or strategic intent.
- Ensure the testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship, to ensure complete testing program results.
- Lead all service aspects of the testing P&L based on the account governance guidelines.
- Build partnerships with the Customer Business Executive (CBE) and Service Partner (SP) teams to maintain holistic, end‑to‑end services to the customers and credibility, value, and relationships while maintaining communication with relevant partners at multiple levels; both internal and external.
- Understand the customers' strategic needs and the business environment, and to partner with the CBE to enable new testing opportunities.
- 7-10 years of experience leading large software testing teams in a production‑oriented environment
- 8 years of experience in delivering testing services or project management execution.
- Experience with customer‑facing activities.
- 5 years of experience working in telecommunications industries
- Experience in managing projects in a global setup (multi‑countries).
- Experience in operating within a complex, multi‑interface environment.
- Proven and consistent professional (you are the bridge builder, you set the example for others to follow in terms of communication, managing expectations, and building/growing partnerships).
- Proactive care: you have the experience that only comes with time: the ability to solve potential problems before they become the customer’s problem
- Have overall responsibility and authority for Amdocs testing engagement with the customer.
- Develop business relationship with people from all customer departments – IT, business etc. As well as Amdocs CBU, delivery and operations
- Grow the testing business through farming value‑based relationship with the clientele, seeing opportunities of growth and driving them to completion.
