You’ll get to:
Be part of the warm welcome that makes guests feel instantly at home
Support check-in and check-out processes alongside the Front Office team
Learn how to handle reservations via phone, email, and online systems
Assist with guest questions and requests using a service-first mindset
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready
Help process payments and invoices (with guidance, of course!)
Get familiar with the hotel’s Property Management System (like Opera)
Keep the front desk and lobby looking polished and inviting
Learn about security procedures such as ID checks and key control
Discover the basics of upselling and guest satisfaction tools
Join trainings, team meetings, and shift briefings to keep learning every day

Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management program
