Your tasks include
- Assisting with onboarding temporary employees, including registration and housing arrangements.
- Addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues independently.
- Conducting visits to housing facilities and maintaining regular communication with employees.
- Monitoring employee well-being and fostering a positive experience.
- Processing administrative tasks accurately in the system.
- You possess an MBO-level education and are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Eastern European language(s) is an advantage.
- Experience in the temporary employment sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
- You are available to work weekends, before or after office hours, and excel in handling stressful situations.
- Your customer-oriented mindset and ability to think in terms of opportunities make you an ideal candidate. You enjoy connecting with people and creating an environment where they feel comfortable and supported.
