As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are overall accountable for designing and implementing Digital enabling strategies and programs in contribution to our business strategy and financial targets. In this role there is the future perspective of managing a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, whilst reporting directly into our Market Leader and. Excitement all over!
A bit more on your duties: you focus on establishing a world class Digital experience based on measurable customer and business insights. You manage Integrated teams from customer insights, capability build and deployment, eCommerce, and operations to enable markets to execute effective Digital marketing activities and campaigns.

What you’ll do
In this role you will not be just the strategic mind of the team, but you have a strong high heels on the ground mentality (or boots of course), especially from a content creation perspective. Don’t worry, sneakers will do as well! Furthermore:
You will be responsible and accountable for the Benelux Digital Marketing strategy for B2B & B2C. You define the yearly budget, plan, and deliverables. Part of this is measuring the performance of communication effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements with a digital first approach.
You design, implement, and evaluate a medium to long term (<3 years) digital marketing strategy to drive brand preference, build loyalty and generate sales based on deep customer insights and marketing intelligence.
You create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable Digital Marketing success. To make this a success you have significant interaction at senior management levels and communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and acceleration of the digital journey (with our customers).
You act as a digital ambassador (change agent) driving broader adoption of digital marketing techniques in the market, bring outside-in approach.
10+ year’s experience and proven track record in leading successful Digital Marketing programs in a diversified team. Think of a background at on online retailer, or something related, just convince us that your background rock solid gold!
Thought leadership in Omnichannel Campaign, Search Engine Marketing, Marketing Automation & Social Media experience. Online feels like home to you!
You are a strategic thinker with B2C experience (this is a must), ideally combined with some B2B experience as well.
Hands-on experience in eCommerce, Web & Analytics.
Ability to lead on strategic and operational level in a complex matrix organization.
Native Dutch and fluent in English. Fluency in French is a plus
