Manpower is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner in Oude Meer.
As mentioned before, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete HR cycle: onboarding, talent development, and offboarding. You will function as a real expert on local legislation, digitalization of (global) processes, and further roll-out of improving working policies (work from home/employee well-being). Together with an HR advisor and Trainee you are responsible for the day-to-day HR business. You report to the Managing Director and functional to the Human Resources Director. In this role, you will work during regular office hours.
Preferably, you live in the Oude Meer area, for example in Schiphol, Amsterdam, Hoofddorp or Haarlem.
