For one of our clients, an international fast-paced organization, we are looking for an Interim Management Assistant to provide full secretarial and administrative support to several members of the Management Team.
In this broad and dynamic role you will be in charge of the agendas of the Management Team Members. You are responsible for the arrangement and coordination of appointments, meetings, conferences and events. You will report to the General Affairs Manager.
Other tasks:
- Provide proactive secretarial/administrative support to designated MT members, using existing administrative systems and taking procedures into account;
- Arrange/coordinate appointments, conferences, meetings and internal events;
- Arrange business travel, hotel reservations and air tickets;
- Prepare expense reports;
- Assist in projects and upon demand of designated Management members, manage and follow up on projects independently.
For the role of Management Assistant, it is important that you are fluent in English, written and verbal and that you are capable of handling confidential information.
Other requirements:
- A higher vocational / professional education (Bachelor Degree);
- At least 3 years relevant recent experience within an international fast paced organization;
- Excellent in the English both written and verbal;
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Pro-active attitude;
- Highly accurate;
- Able to occasionally work under stress and set priorities;
- Great organizational and administrative skills;
- Strong cultural awareness;
- Excellent communication skills.
