As Front Office Clerk you are the calling card of our hotel. Your smile is the first impression our guests receive. You welcome them with open arms and make sure they immediately feel at home. You check in guests, give them information about the hotel and what the beautiful city has to offer. You will be dealing with guests of different nationalities, so your language skills will come in handy. You make sure that our guests lack nothing and with your good service you make sure that they want to come back again. You make the difference!
As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the focal point of the hotel and responsible for all work that takes place during the morning and evening shifts. These duties and responsibilities include:
Providing excellent service to our guests
Handling questions and complaints
Speaking to and checking in guests
Guest check-out and financial processing
Provide information and service to guests, such as: giving general and tourist information, information about public transportation and restaurants
Handle various administrative tasks, such as answering emails from guests or travel agents, checking reservations and sending invoices afterward

We support these 11 hotels from our Support Office, located on the 8th floor of Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam – Sloterdijk. Experience in similar hotels and positions is a plus. No experience, no problem! We will teach you the ropes.
Full-time or part-time employment (your choice!) with 5 weeks of vacation per year on a full-time basis;

Gross monthly salary based on the hospitality collective bargaining agreement, scale 5 and 8% vacation pay;
