Tasks
- Provide support to the HSE function and to the HS&E Manager (RSPP).
- Assist in conducting general and specific risk assessments.
- Support the development of procedures and operating instructions within Environmental Management Systems and Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Assist in managing mandatory and non-mandatory training processes.
- Support the management of internal deadlines and legal compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Assist in the management of contractor companies (documentation, DUVRI, etc.).
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Engineering (Safety, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, Management Engineering or related fields).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within industrial settings, preferably with HS&E or RSPP/ASPP responsibilities.
- Excellent knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08) and Environmental legislation (D.Lgs. 152/06).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good command of the English language.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), as well as environmental regulations (e.g., waste management).
- Minimum requirements for ASPP qualification.
- Qualification as a Health & Safety Trainer according to D.I. 6/3/2013.
- Knowledge of the German language.
